When my lock failed on a recent trip (it would unlock but not lock), I discovered water had leaked through a cracked keypad. I opened it up expecting a simple fix, but quickly realized it needed a major repair. Luckily, I called tech support and spoke with EmRee. She was wonderful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by sending me replacement circuit boards entirely covered under warranty—all I had to pay was shipping! Fantastic customer service. They have earned a loyal customer for life!

Cheaply made poor quality

It really sucks to buy such an expensive door lock that needs to have the blister button sticker replaced every year. Clearly a design defect. Yet the manufacturer is kind enough to charge its customers to purchase parts that shouldn't need replaced.
