Metal surfaces between the buttons are a mess

I opted for this instead of the decal which covers the entire surface. My original decal became brittle disintegrated after a few years, so I wanted something that would be more durable. This is installed behind the keypad’s surface and the metal surfaces between the buttons are exposed, after flaking off the remaining parts of the original decal. That metal surface looks terrible. I’m not sure if using this is better than using the less expensive decal which will likely disintegrate over time. Also, once I had the lock taken apart, one of the internal 4 screws had a stripped head which I had to drill out. I would probably recommend using the decal vs the silicone buttons, knowing it will need to be replaced occasionally

Good stuff

This is definitely an upgrade to my lock. Easy to install. No written instructions included but intuitively very doable. The video of the change out showed a plate at the door latch but my Coachmen doesn't have that. No big deal since it was easy to do. Very good product over all. Highly recommended.

Looks and works great

The number pad on our RV lock was looking pretty ragged with several of the numbers cracked and light showing through. The new membrane with numbers embedded looks great and feels great too. And it was easy to install!
