Found the nasal clip beneficial with increasing the opening of the nasal passages. But, in lying on my back to sleep, I found the anti-snore mouth guard+ to be more beneficial in maintaining an open air passage in the back throat area. I did find the nasal clip gave additional ability to breathe more completely by having both the nose and the mouth able to assist in the breathing process.

Breathe easy

I always felt more comfortable using a breathe right strip to open my nasal passages, but hated the pulling and adhesive to remove it. This is great. Comfortable and I rest easy all night.

Game Changer
