Simple and stress-free process

I was a bit skeptical about doing a sleep apnea test at home, but this was incredibly easy to use. The instructions were clear, the device wasn't uncomfortable to sleep with, and getting the results back was surprisingly fast. It saved me a ton of time and hassle compared to going to a clinic. If you think you might need one, this is definitely the way to go.

Super easy

hving done a ‘sleep study’ decades ago which involved going to a facility, being covered in wires and sleeping in a strange room while being watched all night by strangers - this is worlds apart from that experience.

Quick path to a cpap
