AIRWAAV Recovery RX1 Mouthpiece for Sleep 2-Pack

Have been using a mouth guard for a few years now, just the normal low profile for sports but has done the job. I decided to try these because I apparently snore pretty bad per the wife. These were super easy to mold to fit by the microwave method. The first one I formed wasn't back in my mouth far enough so I ended up remolding it. Again super easy fix. I sleep fine with these in, very comfortable. Feel like I get good sleep but the wife said that I still snore, oh well. The only minor complaint is that my front bottom tooth is sore in the morning. I think that's just because I have a little janky tooth in front. It hurt real bad the first morning after, so I remolded it to set it further back in my mouth and now there is only slight pain in the morning. I bought two of the P1 variety for working out and love them as well.

I have tried several mouth guards for sleep with little success, including the expensive dentist-made version. My issue is clenching and there isn't really a good solution. But the first night I slept with my AIRWAAV mouth piece I noticed the difference. And now, several weeks later, it is much more notable the benefit I get when using the mouth piece versus when I do not. No more jaw pain, deeper and less interrupted sleep, and less headaches upon waking. That is good enough for me to keep using it every night!
