I planted these last spring and all 3 sprouted and grew quite well over the summer. I left them in the ground all winter and this spring they've sprouted again and are looking very healthy.

Ohio has had an interesting Spring. I was hesitant to plant my horseradish roots because all the fluctuating weather and things seasoned growers kept telling me, so I held them in the fridge for a fairly long while and then decided to plant them in pots first. The roots looked good, when I planted them, but they sat and sat and sat. On May 14, I saw a leaf popping up on one! May 15 all three have popped up and today I can't believe how much they've grown from yesterday. Super happy to see how healthy they are and I'm excited!
