Strawberry Plant Sampler

Customer service great…plants not so much!

I received my first sampler in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, the majority of the plants were soft and mushy. I contacted customer service with pictures. They were wonderful. They were supposed to send out a replacement. When I did not receive my replacement in a timely fashion I re-contacted customer service. They apologized and said they were sending out a new sampler. Unfortunately, when I did receive the replacement sampler, only four of the plants were viable. Needless to say, I was disappointed.

I’m a bit concerned for the sampler, for when they arrived the plants were soggy and seemed to be in almost a state of rot/decomposition. I guess I will see if they come out of it and start to grow. So, far it’s been over a week and I haven’t seen anything come up.
