BigDog Comfort Carrier

Well made but extremely small. I measured my doberman per suggestions. I ordered an xl. She is 65 pounds and this thing fits her like a half top. All the straps are at max length and i cant get 2 on the back portion closed. I am super bummed as my dog can not go up and down stairs to go to bed.

A well-made very good product, but it was not the same for my 15 1/2 year-old dog. It was two I don’t know what to say but reinforced big heavy and it just didn’t work for us. Your company was kind enough to give me a refund and allow me to donate it to the local Montgomery County Animal control thrift shop and they were happy to get it.

I thought the over the shoulder straps were removable but they are not. This makes it very cumbersome to use the carrier with the handles for stairs as the straps get in the way.
