Walkin' Belly Support

It supports my dog really well but when he’s just breathing it’s moves back. We are working with him on gaining muscle back in all 4 legs and being able to support his own weight again but his core muscles are very weak and I was hoping this band would have stayed in place to help. I have to keep adjusting it every 2 minutes. He loves his quad cart but he needs the support. I have used rubber bands to help hold it in place and that didn’t work.

Belly Band

Oliver is a 6.5-year-old longhair Dachshund who lost the use of his back legs to IVDD almost a year ago. even after emergency back surgery he was not able to gain use. After trying a few different brands of wheelchairs or research turned to Walking Wheels. He loves his wheels but would occasionally stop and lower himself to rest causing his back to sag. This belly support does a great job of supporting his midsection so when he rests, his back remains fairly straight and does not sag. Oliver does not know the difference, but we know that it is best for our boy and are 100% satisfied with it.
