Cord is way too thick. Brace should be a two part system, this goes right over my dogs hock and makes him not want to walk

This is the second sock for my lab with a broken pelvis, to help her with her dragging back foot. After trying many other socks from Amazon and pet stores (and returning them) this is the only one that works. Our girl is ever so slowly getting better. The orthopaedic Surgeon thinks with underwater treadmill therapy, exercises, and this sock, in three more months she should be good. She is a happy lucky dog!! Would be nice if the Velcro straps were a different colour to make removal easier.
