BOSU® Elite

I've used the BOSU for years in my clinic practice. The new elite is a nice bump up from the standard BOSU model. I had a hip resurfacing that did not have the outcome I had hoped for and I've been struggling with working my deep external / internal hip rotators. I've done tons of seated chair squats with not a great deal of improvement. When I use the BOSU, I can feel it deep in the hip, so hopefully this will help improve the stability of my hip.

This equipment has taken pushups and squats to a whole new level. I have had the original for years and debating getting the Elite. Glad I did!
