The large color instruction booklet was terrific. One small detail left out is about how to change the pressure for the chair to rock. The last page goes into how to manipulate the lever to enable rocking. I would add a sentence to say that, to adjust pressure, rotate the big knob protrusion under the seat to give the desired rocking pressure. Otherwise, a beautiful and comfortable chair.

Still new, but very satisfied.

Easy to assemble, looks great, very comfortable (XL Model). Appears to be made of quality material. Ongoing evaluation on durability/longevity. Thanks.

Chair does not fit or adjust

The quality of the chair is fine but the actual seating area does not adjust - it sits at a slight downward angle and i find that my lower back is constantly under stress maintaining proper posture - if there were a way to adjust the angle of the seated part it would make a big difference but at it's current slight downward grade angle of the seated part, it's not comfortable and I'm going to take the $ hit and buy a more comfortable, adjustable chair - would not recommend
