I decided to give this high end fat a try. I made two separate batches of deer burger. One with regular beef fat that I had saved and one batch with wagyu. The wagyu was so much easier to grind and the taste is outstanding in the venison. I will be making more deer burger using wagyu for sure. It’s worth the extra cost.

I mix this with my dear. I shot this year to make burgers and they turned out to be some of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time thanks to the Wagyu fat. thank you so much
