Works great
I chose rack because I wanted carbon fiber e-bikes to be safe and I thought the rack looked fairly easy to use and I am not disappointed as it has exceeded my expectations. I was worried about the weight but with the way it is set up I am able to use without difficulty.

Excellent quality
This bike rack is great quality, sturdy and very functional. I love the fact that there are no rubber/plastic attachments that wear out with exposure. It’s a breeze for us to load and unload our heavy e-bikes so we use them all the time now. When we’re in the market for new e-bikes we will definitely look into Young Electric bikes for their quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service.

Strong
I just received mine and put it together. First thing I can say is that it’s built hell for stout!!! It’s heavy (at 74 years of age I can manage but I need to plan how it’ll go onto or off of the truck). But heavy means well built. Next: when building the rack, the first thing you do is mount the middle support tube into the receiver tube. What they don’t tell you is that the anti wobble bolt is already installed, which very slightly misaligns the holes for either the quick release bolt or the safety pin. It took me a few minutes of head scratching to finally find out that the anti wobble bolt was already installed and pushing up on the support tube. Back that bolt out and everything works. Lastly, the buttons to detach the ratchet holding the tire clamp arm in position are difficult to push in, which makes it awkward when moving the front tire clamp arm free of the tire to back the bike off the rack. Had to cogitate a minute but eventually settled on a plan. Release the front clamp from the tire but don’t take it away from the tire. You need it to hold the bike up while you free the rear wheel. Would I buy it again? Yes.
