Outstanding! A big hit with my friends. Note the picture: Honey Ale is on the left and the Craft Light Lager is on the far right. Two outstanding brews. Honey Ale is kegged and the Craft Light Lager (5 gallons) is bottled in 16 oz swing top bottles.

First 5 Gallon Kit!

White House Honey Ale has been one of our favorite brews so it was an easy choice for our first 5 gallon recipe for our new Catalyst! Interesting to watch the brew churning for the first few days. Can't wait until we start bottling next week.
