Whitehouse Honey Ale

This beer was very easy to brew with exact brewing instructions included. I only choose the 1 gallon recipe as something to"try". I even enlisted my 10 year old grand daughter to help me brew. We did choose to add the honey which was optional with the brewing instructions. After brewing, and bottling were complete, we waited anxiously for our first taste. This beer was very clean and crisp and the honey added just the right touch for a smooth sweet summer flavor! I'm looking forward to being the 5 gallon batch next time! I highly recommend this beer when looking to brew a nice summer ale!
