Vinegar not alcohol
After carefully washing glassware, bucket and lid, I started my seasons frozen processed peaches to ferment. I maintained an airlocked seal for weeks and did not agitate or rack the batch in a sloppy manner. Upon freezing the finished product I need up with vinegar.
