Samare Razor Clams from Galicia in Brine

The first piece was a little gritty and I got worried, but the flavor was incredible and no other pieces in the can had any grit at all. This tin was a pleasure, and I would advise anyone to try it even if you might possibly get the odd sandy part. Absolutely worth the price.
