Irresponsible advertising

This particular dual monitor arm product was marketed as “buy more, save more” directly under the desk I was purchasing, leading me to think that with the click of a button I’d get another product that was compatible with that desk. I had wanted a dual monitor arm so great, I didn’t have to go look any further. Not so fast - it turns out after receiving the product, it’s NOT compatible! The worst part is I’m now being charged return shipping and a restocking fee for returning the item because it didn’t my desk! Support team response was that it didn’t explicitly indicate it was compatible. My response was it didn’t explicitly say it wasn’t compatible while being directly marketed below the product (desk) I was purchasing with a “buy more, save more” opportunity.

Works Well

It attaches easily to my Gaming Desk, and holds my two Asus monitors very well. They're easily adjustable and were easy to install. All in all, great purchase.

Only useful for small lightweight monitors

These did not work for my monitors as they were too weak to hold them up. Return policy will cost too much to send them back so guess I'm stuck with them. Probably my fault for not looking into specs and return policy enough before buying. Might be ok for small very lightweight monitors.
