I cam not tell a difference with this product. Ive taken it consistently since beginning of May. I dont notice any adverse side affects.

I was highly disappointed in this for multiple reasons. One the first reason is it looks and tastes like water with a tiny little sweetness to it. I take iodine supplements regularly and there is no iodine or zinc in this. As far as I can tell. It was in a plastic container and the dropper would never fill to 1 ml which you're supposed to take 2 ml. So you're doing it four or five times. Then there are only 7.5 servings! It was very expensive for that. And they automatically put you on a subscription. So now I have a ton of it that I'm not going to use. Feels like such a waste of money. Do not recommend.

I have tried ti cancel this from the beginning. 12 bottles latter it us still sent and it all sits in a box.
