I've been using it for about a month and think it's still a bit too soon to tell if anything has really changed. . . . BUT I have noticed an increase in body batteries ( as my watch likes to call it ) my sleep has improved!! So that's a big win for me seeing as how I've struggled with getting a good night sleep for a while now. I've changed a few things with supplements and stress has been high this month so I think these next few months I'll be able to give a better more accurate review! I do love that it goes on smooth, no bad smell and it was delivered very quickly! Good job so far!!!!
