Pureveen™ Thyroid Balance

I like the product but the company I don't. I had no subscription on my account yet without an email letting me know an order was going to be charged to my account, they charged my account and claimed I had a subscription under a different order. I emailed them to get a refund and complain and they said "oh we can give you $14.50 and you can keep the product". I said no and tried to return it at the post office return to sender but the post man said he had no idea where to return it to cause he didn't recognize the company that delivered it. So I'm stuck with $70 of this product I told them you better cancel any and all subscriptions. So we will see when it comes time for a refill if they did what I said. Sorry got the long review 🤪

this product did not work at all and I followed the directions to use 90 days and they are refusing to give me a full refund. they are saying that I did not use it like it says or the bottles need returned I offered to return the bottles then they started saying that they could only offer a 20 dollar refund. I authorized the 20 refund to try and recover some of the money and has been 2 weeks now and have not seen the refund. BUYER BEWARE!

After seversl months it just wasnt doing anything for me. Thats not why i gave 1 star its becsuse i asked them for 2 months to cancel my subscription and each time they told me it was to late it had slreafy been shipped and why mot just put it on pause for 6-8 weeks. I ssid no just cancel it. Finally they did but it was a very big hassle just to get it cancelled.
