A little help please

The packaging is great and I’m assuming the product works, but it does not come with clear and informative instructions. It is literally a little card with very little information inside the box. Also, the straps are so small/thin that they are not supportive when wrapped around the waist/abdominal area. And I’m not a big person. If I were a large woman, I don’t think they would even stay up.
