Maple Pecan Creme Truffles

I wish these could be available all year - they are delicious! there is a subtle maple flavor, but it tastes much closer to a typical vanilla cream chocolate (minus all the sugar!). I couldn't believe how good these are!

There are many things I miss about going keto, and maple sugar anything is one of them. Like the ChocZero maple syrup I dribble on my keto pancakes, these candies deliver that maple flavor I crave, especially in the fall.

this was my first time trying this. IT IS SO DELICIOUS. I did have a problem not eating more than I should the first time I ate them. Other than that I love them. Highly recommend
