Beautiful bread

I’m gonna start with four stars simply because the jury is still out on flavor. I am trying to up my game with quality flower and decided to mix this in with my organic high-protein from another company. I am very used to my own sourdough’s taste and adding this one in is a curiosity for me. I don’t know if I love it. I’m offering it to my customers today as a comparison for them to tell me what they think. .

Amazing Quality!!!

Ordered this flour to try for my baked goods. Incredible difference in the bake!! So light and fluffy, even the browned outer edge was tender when eating!!
