Caputo Gluten Free Flour

Let’s just say… I will NEVER buy another flour. I have found the “holy grail” of gluten free flour. I am so beyond pleased with this flour I’m telling anyone who will listen. You can see and feel the difference compared to ANY American made flour. Once you TASTE what you’ve made with this flour… mind blowing. Never thought I’d ever get excited about a flour but this is worth getting excited over.

I purchased a gluten free flour, a pasta flour and a bread flour directly from the company website. I have only tried the gluten free and pasta flour. I had read reviews of there being bugs in the flour and it being old. After lots of research, I decided to buy directly from the company website because they guaranteed their products. I made pasta with both and they both turned out great. I will be purchasing again.
