Spaghetti di Gragnano IGP

saw this on the Stanley Tucci Italy show- incredible flavor and texture - not an every week purchase but worth the splurge

My SO who loves spaghetti states this is the best she’s ever had. The pasta water is nice and starchy to make a creamy sauce.
