Love the clean deck that’s Bobby Approved and it tastes great. I drink it most mornings in my coffee. Also, I ordered online and it came in a great kit with the powder and a shaker and a frother it was awesome. I initially ordered the plant protein powder and I wanted the whey and their customer service team was very responsive and super helpful.

Thank you, Truvani. Simple ingredients and NO STEVIA! Whoo-hoo! I can detect Stevia in anything that it's in and it ruins the taste for me. Both the Vanilla and the Strawberry are delicious! Next on the list for us is the Chocolate.

Disappointing flavor and customer service

I had been curious about Truvani for some time and decided to give them a try. Initially I was impressed by the marketing; the clean ingredients, the care for their customers. I ordered the whey vanilla and whey strawberry. The strawberry is decent, the vanilla is not good at all. I don’t supplement every day so by the time I tried the whey vanilla, there was already another bag coming to me. I did not realize I was subscribing to an auto refill program and was disappointed to receive an additional bag of a flavor I absolutely do not want. Truvani is saying that because I was passed the first 30 days from my first order, they will not refund my money nor can I do anything with either bag of product. This is poor customer service and a company that does not seem to stand behind their products and care for their customers the way that others do.
