Roaster’s Choice Subscription

The flavor profiles of this roast were not ones that I enjoy. I was able to improve the flavor with lower temps and coarse grind. This is just my preference. The seeds were roasted very well.

Round 1 -great

First 5lb bag arrived just before the holidays. Very good and can’t wait for the new variants to come. Packaging and shipping worked great. Website to buy kept switching us to weekly, but how easy it is to make edits to the subscription on the back end is amazingly well done to bring peace of mind that the next batch will arrive when we want/need it. Thank you guys; great service

I have been subscribing for a little over a year now and have never been disappointed in the Roasters Choice! I would drink Ethiopian coffee all the time, but love a little adventure in my life. lol. No one in the East Coast roasts quite like Theory <3
