Im not sure what was up with the beans but this batch was impossible to dial in, i had to wait over a week for it to be a bit more gassed out, even then every shot was sour or sour and bitter. I have the eureka atom 65 grinder and its amazing, the tropical weather and monarch grinded seamlessly and consistently. Not sure what was up with southern weather, i may need to try another batch later

Awesome company. First time ordering directly. I had a pour over once at a shop in FL and the flavor profile, taste and clarity were impeccable. Ordered several 2oz packs to try.

The quality of the product is undeniable. I ordered this variety because in the website it was stated as "moderate" roasted, but in the package says light roast and it is actually light. This is deceiving, please change it.
