Because these handles are made by pressurized paper the color has a lavender cast to it which I'm not in love with and wish you could find another material to comprise "white". I do not wish to return these as you don't offer a different handle that gives me the look I want. I love the brass and the quality of the knife itself. If you ever come up with a better "white" material I hope you will contact me. It is only this one issue that keeps me from buying more.
