First Time making Italian Bread
I love Caputo pizza flour and semola flour but I just found an Italian bread recipe that called for Nuvola flour and it turned out fantastic!! Definitely would recommend.

Amazing taste and workability
This dough was easy to prepare. Although a little on the salty side, per the on-line recipie, it gave us pizzeria quality taste from a home oven. I'll be back for more!
