Superior to non-stick and made in the USA

I’m thrilled to find cookware made in the USA using our resources and not another country, especially China. I find this cookware is as good as nonstick by following the guidelines of heating the pan prior to adding oil. I can rest assured that there are no chemicals being released into my food and I believe the food tastes better. The sear I get with meat, fish, and scallops is superior to non-stick. I now cook with only your skillets, pans, and pots. I cook almost every meal at home and rarely eat out, so thanks for making my meals healthy and great tasting!

A valuable and necessary piece of equipment

I really like the look and feel of this saucier. The size is good for making soups and stews that don't need a full stockpot to create, especially for one or two people. It's plenty big to hold canned soups and stews even in the larger can sizes, and the lid fits well if one needs to quicken cooking times. The handle is flat on top and won't rotate in your hand. Because the saucier base's rounded shape being smaller than a standard saute pan, one might worry about it being prone to tip over, but with any ingredient actually placed in the saucier, the balance is excellent. Highly recommended.
