It's a very good small saucier

It's a great little pan, I especially like the sloped sides of the sauciers. The 3 qt saucier is still one my most used pans but the 2 quart is quite handy for smaller recipes.

These pans are amazing!

This is a great looking and working saucier! I've been using it regularly and it's really well made and easy to clean. The size is perfect. The fact that it is made in the USA is the best part! I highly recommend these pans!!
