Eater x Heritage Steel 8.5" Fry Pan

Quality is Great. Huge learning curve.

Quality is Great! Huge learning curve with steel pans. I use it to cook eggs. I'm still struggling to get the temperature correct, so the eggs release for the pan. I don't enjoy crispy eggs. I haven't given up yet.

Nice Pan

It just arrived and it’s a nice little pan. The reason I docked a star is because they sent me a scratched pan. Normally I wouldn’t complain but for the prices they charge I was looking forward to a perfect pan. I mean, did they pull mine from the “seconds” pile even though I bought a regular one?

The handles sealed the deal

I bought the 8.5" Fry Pan to see how Heritage Steel compared to other brands. At this level all the manufacturers are turning out great products but the Eater series handles sealed the deal for me. The most comfortable handles of any pan I've held. I'll be filling out a set soon.
