Let me say this, heritage stainless steel is the epitome of stainless steel! After learning how to use it, there’s nothing to compare . . . PERIOD!! Totally enjoying my pans.

Solid pan

Great build quality. Used for eggs so far, no issues to report; Surface is actually pretty nonstick when used properly. As with other pans of this series, unsealed rims are a slight downside, but no issues cleaning with a normal kitchen brush.
