This has become the only bread I eat besides the sourdough and rye of course. I never buy bread anywhere else now. I make cheese sandwiches (of course with whichever of your cheeses I have on hand ) for my grandchildren ages 3 and 5 and they never know they are eating vegetables!! They are picky eaters and they eat every bite
