CRAVOT CyberRack E2 PLUS Hitch Bike Rack, 2’’ Receiver, 200 LBS Capacity

Great Sturdy Well-Made Ebike Rack.

We took our maiden voyage with our ebikes over 4th of July using our newly purchased Cravot CyberRack E2 Plus. We really gave it a good testing because the route we took was far more bumpy pavement than we expected. It's a good sturdy piece of equipment and held the ebikes in place securely. My Hubby's bike is quite heavy...about 80ish lbs. which made the ramp incredibly helpful as well. While I only watched, it seemed very user friendly clamping the bikes down. The more we do it, the better we'll get at the rhythm of loading & unloading. I believe we made an excellent purchase & would definitely recommend it to others...in fact I already have!

Purchased the rack to haul an e-Bike and regular pedal bike. Assembly and installation was easy. The bikes are very stable on the rack with no wobble. The e-bike rolls up the ramp and onto the rack with ease. Simple to lift my regular pedal bike onto the rack. Rack is used on a Subaru forester. The drop down feature and fold up to stow meet the intended purpose. Nice clearance between the bike, rack, and vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend this bike rack to friends. They don’t advertise it (not sure why) but the rack comes with the lock for the receiver hitch bolt. They mix SAE and metric bolts/nuts in assembly which is a little weird but easy to recognize and adapt.

Amazing customer service

The bike rack is built very well and holds bikes securely. Unfortunately I backed into something the same day I just put it on and damaged the release handle and pivot mechanism. Emailed customer support and Della got me set up with the replacement parts quick! After receiving them I realized I needed another part and she sent it free of charge! Very pleased with everything!
