Good quality with the weight to match. It’s a heavy rack that’s stout. Carries 2 Ebikes securely. No rattles. Super easy assembly , 6 bolts a plus. Plastic parts are tray end caps and tire holder release buttons. Cravot should make them out of aluminum. I see the release buttons possibly getting sun damaged over time. Hopefully Cravot is around with support in the future. Customer service seems quick to respond. A nice rack without the 1up price. 1up a better rack but not at the price point in my opinion. It’s not that much better. But in each racks defense. They both carry your bikes securely.

The Rack is impressively strong easy to use definitely ,as advertised. Priced accordingly.I did receive the rack with paint chips and areas scuffed up brand new out of the box. The company gave me $100 credit which I thought was sufficient and I went down and found paint to match and did the touchups probably eight different areas needed touched up. But all in all good for Price.

Great rack; nice and sturdy. Holds both my Lectrics (XP4 and Xpress1) well. Only reason I’m giving it a 1-star rating is because it went on sale a month after I paid $580 for it.
