Great delivery!
My local restaurant supply source quit selling to non-business customers, so I shopped around online for Caputo 00 Americana. I was a bit nervous, but BrickOvenBaker had a good price and good reviews. FedEx tracking and delivery went smooth. It was dropped at my front door - so no driving and lifting. For those that are wondering - the 25kg bag is packed in a box with an exact fit with a lot of tape. The box is going straight to recycle, but the bag of flour inside was in perfect shape - no damage at all. I made delicious pizza with it yesterday!
