Love this flour!
This flour has really upped my bread baking! I now bake all our bread, buns, pizza doughs. There is a difference between American & Italian flour. And I am all in for Italian!

Appreciation
I truly appreciate the speed in which the flour came, the packaging was excellent, the follow-up was was also impressive. I have in the pass ordered 50 lbs, but that takes too long for me to go through, the 11 lbs is great. The 2.2lbs is just too small for me and not cost effective. Thank you

I love the flour. Made Napoli style pizza and it came out great. The only problem is the that it expires in 6 months. There’s no way I’ll be able to use all of it, even if I make pizza every day! Had I known I would have purchased a smaller flour. So disappointing.
