Butter Coffee Protein Smoothie

Good hot and cold

I use this as a morning coffee . I add hot water mixing ground flax seed spouts, creatine,gelatin, sometimes fiber, and touch of stevia. This holds me all morning . To jazz it i will use coffee as the liquid mixing it well. Summer time or to change up I blend this with items mentioned above along with nut butter cold water crushed ice. It's awesome. I did give a 5star since the other products are contributing to a great meal drink. Cheers!

Great in Coffee

I use Flav City protein powder in my coffee every morning. The Butter Coffee flavor is an excellent addition to my morning cup of coffee. I add a little 1/2 & 1/2 and a scoop of protein powder. It’s a great way to start each day.

I absolutely love this product. I can definitely feel the benefits since I started using it. I now use it daily as my frontload protein. It’s also very tasty and has a pleasant, palatable texture, which makes it easy to enjoy. I’m very pleased with my experience and definitely plan on being a long-term customer!
