Stainless Steel Dough Hook

Hefty dough hook

I purchased this instead of the extra add on item offered when I purchased the Artise mixer, as I saw people using this to mix cookie and bread dough together instead of plastic, which is used for cookie dough. This has weight to it, and I will enjoy using it and I am glad I have it.

Noisy but dishwasher safe

I like it for the dishwasher safe aspect as my husband put the other one through the dishwasher however it isn’t as secure and doesn’t work well with the dough stopper to prevent dough from going down the drive shaft. It’s fine but not my favorite. Gonna see if I can save the other one

Nice Hook

Performance is the same as the original but I like that it is stainless steel. I can't tell if all of it is stainless or only the hooks? It does collect more dough on the top of the hook but I deal with it. BTW, the dough still rides up the center post which is a pain.
