This mat absolutely helps with sleep as I now wake to my alarm and a much better sleep experience. P3 absolutely energizes and clears thought patterns. Very happy with my purchase.

Grooni mini mat

I love my Grooni mini mat. I first bought the chair mat. Love it too. They work well together, with the mini mat under my feet. I can travel or share the mini mat with others, as well. The only negative is the lack of communication and long shipping time. The first one took 3 weeks to receive, the second one 5 weeks. The first shipment for the mini mat seemed to get lost and I never received it. The second shipment came in about the same time the first one, three weeks. Ships from China. Great product, could use some management of the communication and shipment, and a tracking number to see where it is in process of shipping. Would definitely buy again, and hoping the other issues get straightened out in the meantime.
