So Relaxing

I use my mat once a day for about 30 minutes and I just love how relaxed and refreshed I feel. Looking forward to finding more ways to incorporate it into my daily practices

Great mat

I have a bio-mat I’ve had for 15 years. Had it rebuilt once. Although I live my biomat it is bulky and only has amethyst. This mat is very well constructed and has all the chakra colors of stone. It is very healing and for the price you can’t beat it. It is more lightweight than my bio mat and easy to transport. I am very impressed and look forward to many years of use.
