I was hesitant the first time I used this because I thought it might add to much smoke flavor after the smoking process. Nope I was wrong, it actually made it even better. Never doubt these guy's recipe. Thanks

Good stuff

Have been making a lot of summer sausage, and bratwurst. The kits, seasonings, and other supplies are top notch. They give you the option to use their recipes, or venture out on your own for a different twist.

Gives smoke flavor a nice bump, I only use half.
