Grown high in the mountains of Tenryu, Shizuoka, this organic matcha is carefully blended to have a punchy umami and refreshing brightness that cuts through milk in lattes and smoothies and hold up in desserts and baked goods.

Great!
At about $1.50 a cup (using ~3g per cup), this is a solid mid-level matcha. It has a bit of bitterness, but not unpleasantly so. Overall, I would say it has a lighter flavor, but the matcha taste still comes through. I'm planning on also using this one for baking. I believe it will work well for that purpose as well! I would say if you're looking for a matcha that won't break the bank, especially if you also plan to use it for baking, this is a great choice! Pictured, I have the matcha I made from a different brand of much lower quality (top), vs. this matcha (bottom).

Really great matcha quality for lattes, just tried it with bread baking too, I highly recommend!
