On the fence

After coming off a recent IBS-C flare up I thought that I'd try FODZYME to help reduce the stress of dining out, or sharing takeaway meals with my family. Onion in particular is my main food trigger. Im unsure as to whether the FODZYME worked. Perhaps I need to increase the dose or perhaps its a placebo?? My symptom weren't as bad, but they were still there. I dont think there's one fix for IBS. A holistic approach is best. If FODZYME brings some relief, I can see it being useful when travelling and/or on occasion. Glow Proteins was very quick to process and ship my order.
