I saw Fodmate on the shelf at Well Being Holistic Pharmacy. I asked what it was. They are very knowledgeable and explained what it is. Nit turned out to be perfect for me since many FODMAP foods can bother me. I purchased it and has worked well when I am eating FODMAPS. I recommend these enzymes.
