My sleep pattern is that I find it hard to actually drop off to sleep. For me, this product is only partially helpful in this regard, but the sleep that I do then have after getting to sleep is absolutely deliciously deep and restful. Noticeably different to my often patchy light type of sleep.

As I have trouble taking Magnesium tablets, I find the Patches perfect. They definitely have improved my sleep patterns also. I stopped my continuous order, as I built up a surplus supply. Once I get back to normal, I will definitely re-order. Thankyou so much for your products. Cheers GL

I have used the sleep patches for some time after receiving my order but I am still waking up several times a night every night. I am not overweight, don’t drink alcohol & I don’t have screen time in the evening so I was a little disappointed. I do wake up refreshed using the patches unlike when I have tried using other sleep aids.
